Hire Path is a digital platform created to help students and freshers schedule and attend live mock interviews with real HR professionals. It was developed as part of my final year BCA project with a vision to give job seekers real-time practice and feedback before facing actual interviews.
The website allows users to sign up, browse HR availability across various domains (IT, Marketing, Management, etc.), and book mock interviews through a clean, intuitive calendar system. Post-interview, users receive a structured feedback report with performance ratings and improvement tips.
The main challenge was building a live session booking system that connected students with HRs on a tight schedule. The system needed time-slot management, email notifications, and a feedback mechanism. On top of that, everything had to be easy enough for students with minimal tech experience to use without confusion.
